The Docket
Buffalo Law Review Launches On-Line Extension
The staff of the Buffalo Law Review is pleased to announce the launch of The Docket - An On-line Extension of the Buffalo Law Review. The Docket features timely commentary on material which has appeared in our recent print editions, as well as concise essays on recent changes in the law and developments in legal education. The Docket seeks material from scholars, judges and practitioners throughout the legal community. All submissions will be subject to editorial review and considered for publication on a rolling basis, offering an opportunity to reach an international audience and encourage robust discussion of issues and values at every tier of the profession.
The inaugural issue of The Docket will feature a comment by Professor Michael Fischl on the contribution that James Atleson's Values and Assumptions In American Labor Law has made to advancing critical legal pedagogy, and an essay by Vice Dean James Gardner about the recent history of nominations and appointments to the New York State Court of Appeals.
